Asset maintenance workflow
- Issue a periodic maintenance order, or receive an exceptional maintenance request, and hand the asset to the engineer.
- Record the asset's condition from the initial inspection, set the maintenance location and downtime hours, and request the required spare parts.
- Start repairing the asset, receive the parts and fit them.
- Record the financial effects, close the maintenance order, then review and confirm the asset is ready.
- Record the asset's new productivity and any changes to its maintenance standards, and hand the asset back to operations.
