Training
Training methodology. Each module in the Onyx and Motakamel Plus systems is a complete system in its own right, so Ultimate Solutions provides separate training sessions for each module, with the flexibility to gather several modules (accounting, HR and so on) into one training program.
- Each training program has its own plan and strategy: goals, introduction, onboarding methods, techniques, engagement, timeframe and metrics to assess trainees' understanding and performance.
- Each session covers the theoretical, practical and application aspects of its topic, so trainees acquire the knowledge and skills needed to master it.
- The technique encourages trainees to work together, enhancing results through teamwork and the instructions in the educational materials.
How it works
- When purchasing one or more of our systems, the contract includes training for an agreed number of pre-identified employees who will work on the new system.
- The client receives an approved, pre-designed form from the branch it contracted with, to submit the details of the selected trainees.
- Our training coordinator works with the client and the assigned employees to arrange the schedule, components and needs, and follows up the training progress.
- The program is delivered according to the preset schedule, and trainees receive soft copies of the training materials.
- Trainees are expected to comply with the agreed procedures (attendance, engagement and so on).
- Every trainee is awarded a certificate of completion listing the courses received, per item 5 of the Ultimate Solutions training policy.
Certificate of completion
- Attend not less than 80% of the training program.
- Take part in at least 50% of the practical activities provided in the sessions.
- Pass the final test with a score of 70% or more, in both the written and practical parts.
